Flagstaff Webcam Support Center
If you are experiencing difficulties using and or viewing the web cams and you have checked your spy ware software for ad blocking, chances are your java viewing software needs to be updated to the most recent Java viewer.
Please go to java.com and verify you have the latest and greatest java viewer installed on your computer. We recently upgraded both webcams and you have to have the latest java viewer now in order to view and operate the webcams.
Also please make sure that your antivirus protection software is not set to block ads. The webcams are not viewable if your anti-virus software is set to block advertising. Also check all your other settings to make sure nothing is set to block java scripts from operating. Check your browser settings to make sure java scripts and java viewers are not set to be blocked. Also The webcams are best if view them using IE-7 (Internet Explorer 7).
The above fixes have fixed over 90% of our visitors problems when they cannot view the webcams. If you are still having problems viewing the webcams please contact us and we will look further into the viewing problem.
One last thought. With all the snow we have been receiving, we are experiencing a huge amount of traffic and the webcam will operate a little bit slower during these heavy trafficked times. Please be patient when you are waiting your turn to control the webcams. Thank-you.
Flagstaff Webcam is not liable in any way when you are upgrading or making changes to your computer. All changes you make are at your own risk. Thank-you.
Thanks so much for visiting our great little city we call home..
