| Incident Description | Our company has an internet web cam that is located on top of the building of Peace Surplus store. The store is owned by Steve Chatinsky. We notified him that we need to pick up the cam. Mr. Chatinsky told us that he was keeping the cam and that we may not have it back. Mr. Chatinsky used extremely vulgar language and racially incendiary remarks to us, threatening to have us arrested if we came into his store to recover our property. He does not deny that the property is ours. He refuses to hand it back. |
